Vodka and Gin can have impurities such as methanol and propanol. Sometimes glycerol and sugars are added to make a vodka taste “smoother” or to add viscosity. Our aim was to create Vodka and Gin as pure as it is technically possible to deliver the cleanest taste.
Our Vodka and Gin are made from only 100% Australian GMO free Durham wheat. Triple distilled and then charcoal filtered.
Let's Talk About Spring Water
There is an Aquifer deep under the Byron Bay hinterland of exceptional purity. This water then goes through a 3 stage micro-filtration process before we even introduce it to our spirit. Finally, after all this effort ensuring the ingredients are clean, we then filter our Vodka through Activated Charcoal. So now you know why we call our Vodka “Clean.”
Water! To be our Hydro Homie, stay hydrated. That means mixing our exceptionally clean spirits with the cleanest mixers like sparkling water and a little juice. Avoid too much extra sugar, artificial flavours or preservatives.

We are here to change your perception of Gin. Using the purest Byron Bay artesian spring water along with Juniper Berries that define a Gin (organic, of course). We then steam distil a subtle infusion of Australian botanicals to lighten it’s note and taste. No crying in the streets of foggy London for you! This Gin is alive with flavour.
Hydro Homies always hydrate. To be a Hydro Homie be sure to use a tonic that is light on the sugar or “corn syrup”. Consider mixing your Tonic Water with Sparkling Mineral Water.
