Clean Vodka

Our aim is to ensure each Vodka is exceptionally clean and pure. We draw our water from subterranean bearing strata located deep below the surface of the Byron Bay hinterland and is typically alkaline, which is preferred. We only use Australian Durham Wheat. It is then triple distilled and finally Charcoal filtered. Because it is so clean it makes an exceptional base for cocktails in addition to enjoying neat with ice.
